Pathway Mapping

Part of Phase 1 of the i-THRIVE Toolkit

The purpose of pathway mapping is to develop a shared understanding of how services for children and young people fit together. Pathway mapping provides a chance to discuss in detail what’s working well right now and what could be improved. The output of the pathway mapping workshop below should reveal not only how the pathways ‘should’ work on paper but also how they are really working in practice.
